[Dialer Defaults] Dial Command = ATM1L3DT Baud = 460800 Carrier Check = on Password = gprs Modem Type = USB Modem ;Minimize = off Check Def Route = on Abort on Busy = off Abort on No Dialtone = on Ask Password = off Init = ATZ Username = gprs Phone = *99***1# Init1 = ATZ Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0 Init3 = AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet" Auto Reconnect = on ISDN = 0 Auto DNS = on Idle Seconds = 0 Stupid Mode = off ;Dock = off Dial Attempts = 5 Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0
Ctrl+C

Sorry, no modem was detected! Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?

Ubuntu.

echo suspend > /sys/bus/usb/devices/*device_id*/power/level - выключение питания *device_id*
echo on > /sys/bus/usb/devices/*device_id*/power/level - включение питания *device_id*
echo auto > /sys/bus/usb/devices/*device_id>*/power/level - вернуть всё в дефолт питания *device_id*
